BEFORE YOU BOOK - PLEASE READ This is a centrally located Baltimore city home near downtown and stadiums. As with most city locations, you may hear cars passing & see passing foot traffic. For extra comfort, each room has black-out curtains. STREET PARKING - Normal city street parking is available on main street & corner street. Guests often snag a spot directly in front of the house or across the street. Be mindful not to park in bus-stop lanes Spacious Layout - This 3-story townhouse is spacious enough for groups up to 6. Great for bridal/bachelor showers, traveling families. Check-In: Easy check-in with personal digital door code (sent 2 hours prior to reservation start)

Baltimore City is a vibrant hub with leading hospitals, sports venues, and concert arenas. As with any major city, there is regular foot traffic—often disabled veterans visiting nearby hospitals, eventgoers, and local families. The community is respectful, poses no safety concerns, and we treat all neighbors with courtesy and respect. Baltimore City is one of the oldest in the country, and the home reflects that age. As such, there are minor cosmetic imperfections, including a crack in the master bedroom door. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the door’s ability to open or close. NOTE - There are 2 flights of steps in the home. One is about 12 steps, the other is about 8. Public street parking is available but not guaranteed; however, guests often find a spot directly in front of the house, across the street, or on the corner. We provide fresh bed sheets and comforters, bath & hand towels, and an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels; additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility. We reserve the right to only book to guests 25 years old and above. If below this age please inquire before booking. No parties or events! No commercial/photograph use, please reach out for approval.
